Christian MacIver leads the global supply chain for Ingevity, a publicly traded company with $1.2B in revenues and 1,750 employees operating in 25 locations around the world. She works across businesses, functions, and regions to position Ingevity’s Supply Chain as an enabler of business strategies and integrated value delivery tool. Her oversight includes global forecasting, planning, scheduling, inventory, sourcing (direct, indirect, logistics, CapEx, corporate), customer service, transportation, distribution operations, and trade compliance. She leads a global team across North America, South America, EMEA, Asia Pacific, and India.
Prior to her current role, Christian served as Vice President for Ingevity’s Industrial Specialties business for 8 years, which manufactures additives for adhesives, agrochemicals, lubricants, printing inks, paper chemicals, and coatings. While at the helm of this $500M business, Ingevity spun from WestRock Corporation to form its own publicly traded company. As a key leader of the corporation, Christian had the honor of standing on the platform as the opening bell was rung on the NYSE. The spin-off was recognized by Forbes as the #1 spin-off of 2016.
